Head out of Terry to the Calypso Trail, a 5.5 mile primitive road leading to the impressive arches, bridges, flat tabletops, pinnacles, spires, and scoria escarpments of the Terry Badlands Wilderness Study Area. At the end of the road, stretch your legs to get a firsthand look at these amazing structures as you hike and scramble your way to 360-degree vantage points. High-clearance vehicles are recommended, and the road may be impassable when wet. Vehicles, including 4-wheelers and mountain bikes, are not permitted to travel off-road. | Visit Southeast Montana
